Cancellation
You may cancel a booking by informing us as early as possible on +91 98456 83236. Cancellations made well before the scheduled date are eligible for an advance refund, subject to deductions for any materials or work already arranged.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. If packing or vehicle deployment has already begun, charges for work done will apply.
Rescheduling
Bookings can usually be rescheduled at no extra cost subject to availability, if informed in advance.
