Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Laxmi Packers and Movers Bangalore, we are committed to providing transparent and professional relocation services. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and service adjustments are handled.
1. No Return Policy (Service-Based)
Our company provides relocation and transportation services. Since we do not sell any physical products, a “return policy” does not apply. All services are offered based on pre-approved quotations.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours, a visit and scheduling fee may apply.
- If the team has already arrived at your location, the minimum labor/transport charge will be applicable.
3. Refund Policy
- If advance payment was made and the service is cancelled 24 hours prior, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If cancellation is made after vehicle dispatch or team arrival, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
- Refunds are issued only through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time is typically 5–7 working days.
4. Service Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their booking at no additional cost if informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Last-minute changes may attract rescheduling charges.
5. Damage Claims
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
- If insurance was purchased, claims will be processed by the insurance company.
- Without insurance, compensation is limited and evaluated based on inspection.
