Quotations & Payments
Quotations are based on the information and survey provided. Final charges may vary if the actual volume, access or scope differs from the survey. Advance, if paid, confirms the booking and is adjusted against the final bill.
Packing & Handling
We pack and handle goods with professional care using quality materials. Customers are requested to keep cash, jewellery and personal valuables in their own custody.
Insurance & Liability
Goods transit insurance is optional and arranged on behalf of the customer; claims are settled by the insurer. Without insurance, goods are carried at owner's risk. We are not liable for damage caused by factors beyond our control or for goods not packed by us.
Delivery
Delivery timelines for intercity moves are estimates and may vary due to road, weather or operational conditions. Vehicles must be unloaded promptly on arrival; halting charges may apply for delays.
